THE HAIA METHOD

A Deeper Relationship with Your Body

A movement practice rooted in alignment, breath, and awareness.

Two women practicing yoga or Pilates in a studio with large windows; one woman lying on the floor with legs raised and holding a prop, the other woman assisting her.

The method lives in the studio, on your screen, and in your hands
wherever your practice needs to meet you.

A Practice, Not a Workout

Haia Studio

Everyone in the room is known by name, that is how you are welcomed. Twelve women per class, a teacher who corrects your alignment and refines your movement, and a community that moves and breathes together. You leave feeling more centered and clear than when you walked in. Members call this their happy place. It is where they process, reset, and come back to themselves. Your practice awaits!

Practice Anywhere

The Haia Method is built on precision and attention. The Haia App brings that to wherever you are. Classes are livestreamed, with your teacher present, observing, guiding your movement, and refining your alignment as you practice. You move through the same method, with the same structure and attention as the studio. Each class is recorded, and you also have access to a library of on-demand sessions to support consistency in your practice.

Notes on Being

Written reflections

Our founder, Carolina, writes about the things that live underneath the practice. The body, the seasons, self-knowledge, and what it means to be a woman who takes full responsibility for her health, her life, and her own wellbeing.
