About Us

Our Mission

Haia exists to bring women back into relationship with their bodies.

Haia means life force. It is the current of energy that moves through the body when a woman is connected to herself, supported in her structure, and available to her life.

We believe the body is the place through which you experience everything. Your thoughts, your emotions, your energy, your life. When that relationship is lost, it shows up as pain, tension, fatigue, and disorganization.

Our work is to restore that relationship through alignment, breath, and awareness.

As the body organizes, breath becomes available. Energy moves. What was dull comes back online. What was disconnected begins to return.

You feel your body again. You trust what you feel. You come alive.

And from there, the way you move changes. The way you carry yourself changes. The way you live changes.

Who We Are

Haia is a movement practice and studio based in Chandler, Arizona.

We offer small-group classes taught through the Haia Method, both in studio and through our virtual platform. Every class is designed to give you structure, attention, and a consistent place to return to.

Classes are capped so each woman is seen, guided, and corrected.

This is not a high-volume studio.
It is a place to build a practice.

Who Haia is For

Haia is for women who feel that something in their body is off, even if they can’t fully explain it.

Women who are tired of guessing.
Tired of pushing harder without understanding why something isn’t working.

Women who want to feel at home in their bodies again.

Meet Our Founder

Carolina Gabilondo

Carolina is the founder of Haia and creator of the Haia Method, an alignment-based movement practice rooted in breath, structure, and awareness.

After over a decade of teaching across Miami, New York, and Mexico City, and leading multiple teacher trainings, she saw a gap in the way movement was being taught. Most systems focused on intensity, performance, or aesthetics, while overlooking how the body is organized and how a woman relates to it.

Haia was built to change that.

Her work centers on teaching women how to inhabit their bodies with precision and understanding, so they can reduce pain, regulate their systems, and move through their lives with more clarity and stability.

What began as a personal shift through her own practice and motherhood became a method. One that now supports both women in their bodies and teachers in how they see and guide them.

Carolina continues to teach, train, and mentor inside Haia, setting the standard for how the method is practiced and passed on.
