Open the Haia app or log in to your account, select the class under your upcoming bookings, and choose “Cancel.” Your credit will go back onto your account.

To reschedule, cancel your current booking and then reserve the new class through our class schedule.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before they begin. Late cancellations are charged $10, and no-shows are charged $20.

Memberships must be canceled before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for another billing cycle. Once a membership renews, the payment is final and cannot be refunded.

If you are unable to cancel it yourself and would like our team to process the cancellation, email hello@haiastudio.com at least seven days before your renewal date.

Haia is located at 2577 W Queen Creek Road, Suite 111, Chandler, AZ 85248, in Downtown Ocotillo near Bottle & Bean.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring some water too. Grip socks are optional. All studio equipment is provided. Tell your teacher before class if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a health condition.
