Open the Haia app or log in to your account, select the class under your upcoming bookings, and choose “Cancel.” Your credit will go back onto your account.

To reschedule, cancel your current booking and then reserve the new class through our class schedule.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before they begin. Late cancellations are charged $10, and no-shows are charged $20.

All membership changes, freezes, and cancellations are handled by our team. Email hello@haiastudio.com and we'll take care of it.

Cancelling: Memberships renew automatically each month on your billing date. To avoid your next renewal, email us before your renewal date. If we receive your request on or after your renewal date, the renewal will still be processed and your cancellation will take effect after that billing cycle. Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is final and cannot be refunded.

Changing: To upgrade or downgrade, email us. Billing dates can't be changed on an active membership. To change your billing date, cancel your current membership following the policy above, then purchase a new membership on your preferred date.

Freezing: Memberships can be paused for one month, once per year, and resume automatically after one month. Email us to request a freeze.

Haia is located at 2577 W Queen Creek Road, Suite 111, Chandler, AZ 85248, in Downtown Ocotillo near Bottle & Bean.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring some water too. Grip socks are optional. All studio equipment is provided. Tell your teacher before class if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a health condition.

No prior experience needed. We meet you exactly where you are and customize everything to your current level and needs.
