    The Role

    You're the voice that reaches out to women discovering Haia — guiding them into memberships through genuine connection, not pushy sales. You'll follow up with leads from ClassPass, Instagram, and trial clients through calls, texts, and emails. You'll track conversions in our systems, manage membership questions, and help develop local outreach strategies. This is about making women feel seen and helping them recognize this practice is for them.

    What You'll Do:

    • Follow up with leads and trial clients via calls, texts, emails, DMs

    • Guide women through membership options based on their needs

    • Track leads, conversions, and retention in Arketa, ClassPass, Google Sheets

    • Manage membership questions, upgrades, and cancellation conversations

    • Develop creative local partnerships and outreach ideas

    • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events

    Who You Are

    • Confident in sales conversations — you make people feel seen, not sold to

    • Organized and proactive with follow-up

    • Comfortable with CRM systems and tracking metrics

    • Strong communicator in writing and on the phone

    • Believe in wellness as a practice, not just a trend

  • 2+ Years Experience

    The Role

    Teaching at Haia isn't about performing choreography or cueing anonymous bodies through a routine. It's about being an observer, educator, and guide — helping each woman find her own alignment, breath, and presence. You'll teach Pilates Sculpt, Strength, and/or Cardio with expertise in form and alignment. You'll give hands-on adjustments, personalized cuing, and create an environment where women feel seen and capable. This requires skill, presence, and care — not just following a script.

    Who You Are

    • 2+ years Pilates or yoga teaching experience

    • Classical or contemporary Pilates certification (mat and/or reformer)

    • Understand alignment and functional movement
