At Haia, At Haia, beginners are guided through a structured movement practice.

We use Pilates and Yoga as the tools inside a broader movement practice rooted in alignment, breath, and awareness.

Classes are small, guided, and built to help you understand how your body works, not just move through exercises.

Learn the Foundations

Our beginner workshops are designed to orient you to the Haia Method. You’ll learn: - How alignment works in your body - Why breath supports strength and regulation - How awareness changes the way you move and feel These workshops create clarity and confidence so you can step into regular classes feeling grounded and supported. This path is best for women who are new to Haia, new to intentional movement, or wanting a clear introduction to the practice without the pressure of a group class.

Experience the Practice

Our 2-Week Unlimited Introduction allows you to experience Haia classes, teachers, and the method while learning the fundamentals. Two weeks gives you a taste of what The Haia Method can do for you. You’ll be encouraged to: Stay Curious Ask questions Learn how your body responds to the work and be patient with yourself This path is best for women who want to experience the studio and classes before choosing a deeper path.
