Our Space
Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling arched windows into a minimalist, beautifully designed studio.
Outside, a sun-drenched plaza filled with bougainvillea and greenery sets the tone before you even walk through the door. At night, warm light fills the mirrors and the room glows.
This is a space built for presence. Small, intentional, and unlike any studio you have been in before.
Everyone who walks through the door is known by name. Your teacher knows your practice, adjusts your alignment, and pays attention to where you are that day.
The women around you are regulars who become friends.
You will find yourself looking forward to your practice because this is the place that always makes you feel better.
