Every Practice Begins Somewhere

Enter the Practice with Intention

Beginning at Haia means choosing a different relationship with your body.

There are a few intentional ways to begin your practice here.

Each one meets you where you are and guides you into the foundations of the Haia Method: alignment, breath, and awareness.

No matter how you begin, you’ll be supported in learning how to move with intelligence, presence, and care.

Learn the Foundations

Our beginner workshops are designed to orient you to the Haia Method. You’ll learn: - How alignment works in your body - Why breath supports strength and regulation - How awareness changes the way you move and feel These workshops create clarity and confidence so you can step into regular classes feeling grounded and supported. This path is best for women who are new to Haia, new to intentional movement, or wanting a clear introduction to the practice without the pressure of a group class.

Build a Consistent Practice

Throughout the year, we offer seasonal programs that support deeper consistency and integration. Programs like Begin Again are progressive, structured experiences that: - Build strength and stability over time - Develop awareness and trust in your body - Meet you where you are, physically and mentally Rather than quick resets or challenges, these programs help you establish a sustainable practice that evolves with you. This path is best for women who are ready to commit to learning, consistency, and long-term change.

You’ll be encouraged to: Stay Curious Ask questions Learn how your body responds to the work and be patient with yourself This path is best for women who want to experience the studio and classes before choosing a deeper path.
