From Application to Opening

Step 1: Discovery Call We discuss your vision, your market, and whether Haia is the right fit.

Step 2: Application & Market Review Complete the partnership application. We review your market to ensure it can support a Haia Studio (population, competition, demographics).

Step 3: Teacher Training Complete Level 1 and Level 2 Haia Method Teacher Certification (8 months). This ensures you deeply understand the methodology you'll be teaching and building a business around.

Step 4: Studio Certification Program 3-month business intensive covering operations, marketing, hiring, financial planning, and launch strategy. Work directly with our team to plan your studio.

Step 5: Buildout & Design Approval Secure your space, design your studio (we provide guidelines and approve plans), complete buildout. We support you through vendor selection and setup.

Step 6: Launch Grand opening marketing support, initial member acquisition strategies, and intensive support through your first 90 days.
