Come Home to Yourself Retreat
Sedona, AZ
July 23rd-26th, 2026 | Starting at $900
Come Home to Yourself is a four day, three-night retreat where you will learn to step into a slower, steadier rhythm and rebuild a supportive relationship with your body.
Over the course of the weekend, you will practice the Haia Method through daily Pilates Sculpt, Katonah Yoga®, breathwork, and meditation. Each morning begins with movement that organizes your body, clarifies alignment, and steadies your nervous system. Afternoons open into long, unhurried windows for rest, integration, gentle activities, and time in nature, giving your system space to recalibrate how it holds stress.
Throughout the retreat, you work with alignment, structure, and pacing as tools for ease. Movement and breath are approached as forms of support, allowing the nervous system to settle, regulate, and respond with greater resilience.
This retreat is for women who want practical, repeatable practices that support daily life. You leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more at home in your body, carrying what you learn into the way you live, move, and care for yourself.
Many women move through life capable and responsible, while feeling internally rushed or disconnected from their bodies.
This retreat offers a different pace.
Across three nights, you step out of urgency and into a rhythm that allows you to recognize yourself.
You move, rest, eat, and gather in a way that supports regulation and connection. The goal is not to escape, it is to return to your life with more steadiness, clarity, and ease than before.
