Join Our Teaching Team Through Expert Mentorship

Next Training Starts Fall 2025

Our Teacher Mentorship Program is designed for certified movement professionals who want to learn the Haia approach and join our teaching faculty. This intensive mentorship transforms how you work with bodies through our methodology of personal alignment, breath-propelled movement, and attention.

Your Path to Teaching at Haia

Step 1: Connect With Us Come to class and experience our approach firsthand. Let us know you're interested in teaching with us.

Step 2: Submit Your Application Send a 5-10 minute video of you teaching your best modality along with your resume to hello@haiastudio.com.

Step 3: Acceptance to Mentorship If your application demonstrates the quality and experience we seek, you'll be invited to join our two-month Teacher Mentorship Program.

Step 4: Complete the Mentorship Two intensive weekends (once per month) plus observation hours and required classes at Haia Studio.

Step 5: Audition Class Demonstrate your mastery of the Haia approach through a final audition to join our teaching team.

Step 6: Join Our Faculty Welcome to the Haia teaching team.

Program Details

Duration: 2 months intensive mentorship

Training Hours: 32 hours direct instruction (2 weekends, 16 hours each)

Observation Requirement: Minimum 20 hours observing Haia classes

Practice Requirement: 30 classes taken at Haia Studio

Total Commitment: 66+ hours of comprehensive training

Investment: $2,500.

Prerequisites

Required Certification Current certification in Pilates, Barre, or Yoga with valid credentials.

Teaching Experience Demonstrated experience teaching movement classes with professional competency.

Studio Commitment Must experience our classes firsthand and connect with our team before applying.

Program Schedule

Format: Two intensive weekends, one month apart
Weekend 1: Methodology, observation skills, hands-on practice Weekend 2: Advanced techniques, audition preparation, final evaluation

Between Weekends:

  • Complete 20 observation hours at Haia Studio

  • Take 30 classes to understand our approach from the student perspective

  • Practice sessions with mentorship feedback
